Everything Else is Just Noise

The Brief: Create an event identity for a company going through a PR crisis to reinvent the brand. (student work)

I chose streaming service Tidal for this brief. The event  was basically a silent listening party in key cities around the world for subscribers. The keywords I came up with were vibrant, cosmic, and organic. I like the idea of using Tidal's selling point as a high fidelity streaming service featuring lossless audio and the first thing that came to mind was the Joy Division waves album cover. I found some flouro paint and experimented with mixing them to make it look like soundwaves. Photographed them after and used them as visual elements for the campaign.
