The Brief: Create a backstory and brand identity for an unknown product and demographic. (student work)
For this project, I picked out coffee and pharmacists from two bowls. The backstory involved a morphine addicted pharmacist (think Dr. Thackery from The Knick) who accidentally discovers cold brew as the cure to his addiction as well as other illnesses. I wanted the packaging (which was a dyeline of a 4-pack of beer and bottles from Absolut Botanik mixers) to resemble old medicine bottles and found a bunch of old scientific illustrations as a pattern.
